Service Description

An alternative and effective way to to reduce stress and tension within the muscles. It is less invasive than massage and often practiced when the soft tissues are very tender and uncomfortable to be manipulated. Leaves you feeling that area has been treated whilst not experiencing the discomfort of deep soft tissue treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Where possible please allow 48 hours notification to cancel appointment. We are aware that sometimes things happen that are out of your control, so if you rebook your appoint to another convenient day/time you will not be charge for your missed appointment in the first instance.
