Then why not take a look at this NEW & EXCLUSIVE 8 Week Improvers A Swimming Course that incorporates an additional 30 minutes implementing the practise of key elements of the stroke (technique patterns) and conditioning work to imprint positive muscle memory and improve proprioception which is essential to develop to improve. Proprioception (knowing what your body parts are ‘really’ doing in relation to the other parts when you cannot see them) works together with muscle memory reinforcing positive outcomes. This focus enables the transference to the water much easier, increasing learning rate. As well as, strengthen key muscles groups required to sustain optimum streamlining and propulsion to apply in the water also, increasing learning rate.
